Description
1. Equipped with chain and conveyor belt, 8 heating-zone heating system, Each temperature zone uses independent circulation, PID control and up-down heating type, ensures accurate and uniform temperature distribution within the furnace chamber, with high thermal capacity and rapid heating speed. The machine can heat from room temperature to the working temperature in ≤20 minutes.
3. Intelligent curve heating method with a large capacity for curve selection, equipped with 8 process curves to fully meet the requirements of various soldering processes.
4. The programmable control technology includes a preset curve memory storage function, allowing the machine to automatically complete the entire soldering process based on your predefined curves.
5. Uses thermocouples for temperature measurement, adds a compensation circuit for more accurate temperature readings, the curve more perfect.
6. PID intelligent temperature control technology ensures precise temperature control. The imported high-current solid-state relay with no-contact output effectively prevents rapid or continuous heating that could damage chips or circuit boards, making the entire soldering process more scientific and safe.
7. The transmission system is driven by a stepper motor, ensuring smooth operation.
8. Chain-drive as the main transmission method, supplemented by a stainless steel mesh belt, which is durable, wear-resistant, and operates smoothly with precise speed control up to ±10mm/min.
