Each temperature zone adopts forced independent circulation, independent PID control, and independent heating from top to bottom, making the furnace temperature accurate, uniform, with large heat capacity, and fast heating, reaching working temperature from room temperature in ≤20 minutes;
3 Intelligent curve heating mode, with a large capacity of curve selection, equipped with 8 process curves to fully meet various soldering process requirements;
4 Programmable control technology, preset curve memory storage function, can automatically complete the entire soldering process according to your preset curve;
5 Using thermocouple temperature measurement, with compensation circuit to make temperature measurement more accurate and curves more perfect;
6 PID intelligent temperature control technology makes temperature control more accurate. Imported high-current solid-state relays with no contact output can effectively avoid rapid heating or continuous heating, thus preventing damage to chips or circuit boards, making the entire soldering process more scientifically safe;
7 The transmission system adopts imported frequency conversion motor, PID full closed-loop speed regulation, with a 1:120 imported turbine reducer, running smoothly, with an adjustable speed range of 0-1500mm/min;
8 Using independent roller structure and leveling support, special stainless steel zigzag mesh belt, durable and wear-resistant, running smoothly, with precise speed up to ±10mm/min;
9 Independent cooling zone ensures the low temperature required when PCB board is taken out;
