2. Equipped with a track-type, six-temperature zone heating system, each zone employs forced independent circulation and independent PID control. The independent heating from top to bottom ensures precise, uniform, and rapid heating of the furnace chamber. It achieves working temperature from room temperature in ≤7 minutes.

3. Intelligent curve heating mode with a wide selection of curves, featuring 8 process curves to meet various soldering process requirements adequately.

4. Programmable control technology with preset curve memory storage function enables automatic completion of the entire soldering process according to your preset curve.

5. Utilizing thermocouple temperature measurement with a compensation circuit to ensure accurate temperature measurement, resulting in flawless curves.

6. PID intelligent temperature control technology ensures precise temperature control. The use of imported high-current solid-state relays with no contact output effectively prevents damage to chips or circuit boards caused by rapid or continuous heating, ensuring a safer soldering process.

7. Flexible curve setting mode allows for the setting of new curves at any time based on changes in solder paste characteristics.

8. The transmission system adopts stepper motors with stepper motor drivers, ensuring smooth operation with adjustable speed ranging from 0 to 290mm/min. It operates quietly.

9. Utilizing an independent roller structure and leveling support, along with a special stainless steel zigzag mesh belt, ensures precise speed control up to ±10mm/min.

10. Featuring an independent cooling zone to meet the low-temperature requirements when PCB boards are being taken out.

11. User-friendly human-machine interface with perfect LCD display. It does not require connection to a PC, providing clear visualization of the entire heating process at a glance.
